Herbert & Sons move to Haverhill

The plaque was unveiled on Friday 26th July 1968 by "Mrs. James Herbert, wife of the Chairman and Managing Director", and was "the work of the well-known sculptor and heraldic artist Mr. Richard Kindersley".

Mr. & Mrs. James Herbert are pictured with Norman Pryke, Chairman of Haverhill Urban Council, at the opening of the new Haverhill factory.
