Frank Young

Frank Stanley Young (1910 – 1986)

 

Frank Young was born on 27th May 1910, and joined the Company in 1947 as a machine operator at Edmonton.

 

On the move of the Company to Haverhill in 1968 he did not wish to move from his home in Tottenham, joining Cope & Timmins Limited, who had purchased the Angel Road premises from us.

 

He retired in 1976 and while visiting his old Herbert colleague Ted Brown in Haverhill in September 1986 had a heart attack and died.
