John Hooper

John Stanley George Hooper (1928 – 1995)

 

John Hooper was born on 24th April 1928 in Edmonton, and joined the Company during WWII, on 19th July 1943, as a tool maker.

 

He was called up in June 1946 for National Service, and re-started with us in September 1948.

 

John did not wish to move to the new factory in Haverhill in 1968, so left us in August 1968.  He died in Enfield in 1995.
