1865 - Talbot Inn, Passingford Bridge

The second known firm's outing was to the Talbot at Passingford Bridge, a bridge over the River Roding near Stapleford Tawney, Essex, on 16th September 1865.
 
In this photograph taken two years earlier in 1863, the landlord Benjamin Cooper is sitting second from the right.  The Talbot ceased being a pub in the early 1870s.
 
The firm's letter book records that 22 dined at 1 o'clock at a cost of 4/6 each, those attending being:
